France culinary art
There are 139 000 restaurants in France, of which 6000 in Paris. Describe all is an impossibility. However, I would like to recommend a few that I've experienced myself. I divide them into two categories:
1) Cult Restaurants, national monuments. Top of what you can experience in the food and drink field. Cheap they are not but the experience is so special and strong that you can afford it at least once in your lifetime. 2) My treasures. Restaurants that have everything, nice decoration, good food, good wines and excellent service, all that at affordable prices.

A post-war cabaret on the most beautiful avenue in the world
In 1946 the Clerico brothers bought a place, whose name is inspired by that of Venice Beach, and invented the concept of the magazine-dinner show. the Lido becomes one of the most famous Parisian cabarets, including the Girls Bluebelle officiating here. Later, Pierre-Louis Guérin joined the Lido and asked René Fraday, former assistant to Mistinguett, to occupy the post of artistic director. He will function from 1947 to 1994. The famous Lido posters, designed by Gruau and Brenot, also participate in its prestige. The success is such that it must move in 1977, in a larger, former Normandy, but always on the Champs Elysees. Therefore, it is the subject of sophisticated technical equipment. The journals come and go, meet regularly changing but always the same criteria. You just have to choose your formula: dinner show (Panache evening, night or evening Passion Prestige) or simply champagne and show ...
